Automatic line balance

The slowest controlled operation sets automatic powder-line capacity.

An automatic filler cannot deliver its intended benefit when product feed, container indexing, powder settling, capping, sealing, coding or inspection is slower. The line should be timed as accepted finished packs, including normal refills and stops.

Product feed

Maintain controlled hopper level without aerating or starving the dosing heads.

Indexed filling

Allow detection, location, fill dwell, dust control and release for every container.

Closing process

Balance cap feeding, torque or seal dwell with the filled-pack arrival pattern.

Inspection and outfeed

Include rejects, accumulation and safe recovery from downstream stops.

Define the interfaces before finalising the filler.

Agree line height, product sensors, no-container/no-fill logic, ready/fault signals, emergency-stop interfaces, change parts and restart behaviour. Test the agreed format through the complete sequence rather than each machine in isolation.
